At Umbrella Dubai , all our products, including Motorized Retractable Awnings and Branded Commercial Umbrellas, are custom-manufactured to your specific site dimensions and branding requirements.

Custom Orders: Because these items are bespoke (made-to-order), we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once production has commenced or installation is complete.
Quality Guarantee: We conduct a professional site survey before every installation to ensure a perfect fit. If there is a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the component as part of our luxury service warranty.
Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of payment, before custom fabrication begins.

Shipping & Installation

Our Commercial Hospitality Umbrellas Dubai are delivered and installed by our specialized engineering team. We provide white-glove delivery across all emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Ras Al Khaimah. Delivery schedules are coordinated following your site technical survey to ensure a seamless integration with your outdoor space.
